Products needed a new and improved Web site. Product information was hard to find, navigation was not user-friendly, presentation was inconsistent, content needed major improvement, and design was uninviting.
Our challenge was to devise a marketing strategy that had to take into account various markets, distribution channels, close to 1,000 parts and products, and different lamp technologies.
