The tagline “Syracuse – A Business Class Community” was used for four years in an Onondaga County Economic Development marketing campaign. First Media Group was selected to conduct a survey with the objective of finding out whether the County should continue using this tagline in the next phase of the campaign.

Research findings overwhelmingly indicated the need for a new image. Armed with our findings, we created a new tagline, logo, and entire media campaign, along with a new Web site. According to our client, the new branding strategy and the campaign were well received.
