USM is one of the largest facility and asset management companies in the United States.

First Media Group created a campaign for the company's interior services. The creative strategy was developed after researching the industry and competition. Titled Clean as a Whistle we developed a direct mail piece, a trade ad and an E-blast. In addition to creative services First Media Group provides marketing consulting services to the company.
